PB Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Farm Worker – Support to cover our client Farms in Lincolnshire Area.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

We are looking for people who are reliable, flexible, hardworking and dedicated and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with minimum of 2 years holding a FULL UK CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE .

Salary:

£13.12 per hour for working 40 hours a week.

£19.68 per hour after 40 hours a week as overtime.

5 days out of 7 days (6 when required)

Basic job description:

• To help farms in setting up sheds ready for the chicks arrival.
• To ensure that all procedures are carried out to Company specifications.
• To have a basic understanding and working knowledge of the operation of all equipment on the farm. Liaising with the Farm Manager in order that defects are corrected promptly and without jeopardising the birds’ welfare. This includes fault finding and identification of minor or emergency repairs where these can be carried out safely and competently.
• Any other duties as required.

Essential:

• Previous involvement in the industry
• Ability and commitment in learning new skills
