MECHANIC

PB Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Mechanic to cover our clients Farms and Yard near Sleaford area.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area and with full clean UK driving licence. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Varied job working on agricultural harvesters / forklifts and company vans.
• Mechanical experience essential with a knowledge of electrical maintenance.
• Based in the workshop, but with call outs and inspections on farm.
• Some out of hours call outs will be required once trained.
• Van will be supplied.
• Uniform supplied.
• Flexible approach required with regard to work hours.
• Working in a small team on the companies own equipment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Mechanic or similar role
• With Hydraulic Mechanical experience
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Full UK driving licence

Salary / Hours

• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Company Van
• 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and weekend available
