We are seeking a diligent and organised Office Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and maintaining effective communication within the team. This role requires proficiency in various office software (Word and Excel).

Location: NR15

Salary

£11.44 / hour

9am to 5pm

Monday to Friday

Duties

  • Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry (Word and Excel)
  • Maintain an organised filing system both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
  • Support other administrative functions as required to enhance office efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Experience

  • Previous experience in an office environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills within the administrative realm.
