PB Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Mill Process Operative to join our friendly team Navenby Feed Mill.
Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Ability to work with minimal supervision
With agricultural background
Desire to work ‘hands on’ in an agricultural environment
Excellent written and verbal communication and be able to follow verbal and written instruction and communicate verbally at all levels.

A passion for learning
To drive and operate machinery as instructed, for which full training will be given.
Salary:
£13.60 per hour
Hours:
8am – 4pm Monday- Thursday
8am – 3pm Friday
